Jimmy Steven Mears (Jimbo), 61 years of age, passed away peacefully on Sunday June 23, 2024. He was born on May 20, 1963 at Great Lake Navel Hospital, North Chicago, Illinois to Roger and Syble Mears. Jim joined the United States Marine Corps where he served 7 years from August 23, 1980 to June 30, 1987. He is preceded in death by his mother, Syble Corrine Mears and wife, Melissa Mears. He is survived by his daughter Colby Marie Corrine Mears. His Dad, Roger (Lu) Mears of Senoia Ga., Mom, Mary (Randy) Cherry of Wichita Falls Tx, Two Brothers: Lane Mears of Wichita Falls, Tx. and Dennis (Nikki) Williams of Fort Valley Ga. Four Sisters: Laura (Mark) Ealy of Heartland, Tx. Tammy ears of Wichita Falls Tx., Alexis (Thomas) Lane of Senoia Ga. and Senthea Williams (James Watkins) of Jonesboro Ga. Multiple Nieces, Nephews, Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.
