MEMORIES OF HONOR – MILITARY CITY MILES & MEMORIES

Dr. Traci K. Uribe is the COO for Memories of Honor, a National registered 501(c)3 Nonprofit and our mission is to make every day Memorial Day. We honor fallen service members through a variety of ways. On November 4, 2023, we will be hosting our second annual event here in San Antonio and I was wondering if The Patriot Guard would like to be involved. Our event is called Military City Miles & Memories. This is a bicycle ride where cyclists will have the choice of riding 22, 46, or 65 miles in honor of our fallen service members. We will honor a different fallen service member for each mile using fallen hero signs and we will also be providing fallen hero bibs for each participant which they will wear the name of a different fallen service member on them while they ride the course. Their ride will be dedicated to that fallen service member. We originally had a flag sponsor who was going to donate 50 flags so our volunteer JROTC Cadets could hold them while our cyclists rode out. I was wondering if you all would want to come out with your motorcycles and hold your flags while our cyclists ride out. Thank you in advance for your consideration. Also, if you would like to see our event website is

We will have 8-10 other Veteran nonprofit organizations out there with booths set up to provide support to our Gold Star family members in attendance, our veterans and active-duty service members. We will also have several Gold Star families in attendance the day of the event. We would be honored to have you all out there to join us and be part of our second annual event.
