US AIR FORCE RETIRED VETERAN

The family of Mr. Joe Trampota, a US Air Force (Ret.) Veteran, requests the presence and participation of the San Antonio Patriot Guard at the Funeral Service loved one. We are honored to accept this invitation.

Master Sergeant Joe L. Trampota, USAF (Retired), passed away Friday, Nov. 24, 2023, in his home with his loving wife by his side. He was 75 years old.

Joe was born in Crosby, Texas on Sept. 8, 1948, to parents Joe Trampota and Ella Sodek Trampota. He spent his entire childhood in Crosby and graduated in 1968. After graduation from high school, Joe joined the United States Air Force. During his 20-year career in the Air Force, Joe was assigned to multiple duty stations and awarded countless ribbons and honors. Master Sergeant Trampota was proud to serve his Country! After retirement from the Air Force, Joe went to work for ECI in San Antonio, Texas from 1989 – 2013, as a Sales Consultant. After retirement from ECI, he bought a home with acreage in Center Point, TX where he enjoyed remodeling, ranching, hunting, and fishing.

In 2021, Joe’s entire world would change forever when he married JC Slagle Trampota. JC and Joe were best friends and loves. They spent almost every moment together until his untimely death.

Joe is survived by his devoted wife of the home, JC Trampota; his children, Audra (Ronnie) Edgington, Chris Trampota, William (Susan) Phillips, and Breana (Jeremy) Johnson; grandchildren, Candace, Taylor, Jason, Jared, Christopher, Mac, Weston, Cash, and Jesse; great-grandchildren, Seth, Logan, and Aaron; siblings, Jimmy (Sadako) Trampota, Martha Evans, Joyce (Frank) Kristof; loving nieces and nephews, as well as extended family and dear friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother-in-law, Blake Evans.

1. Iron horses if you can, cages are always welcome and appreciated and unless under special circumstances not allowed in processions. You do not have to have a motorcycle to participate in honoring our veterans.

2. Safety First: Please remember to properly hydrate (including the night before) before any outdoor activity and to dress appropriately. Do not hesitate to take a break at any time if you feel you need to get in the shade or get indoors and always ask for help at any time. Also please do not forget your sun screen.

3. Please remember that our mission is to stand tall and silent, and with honor and. NO TALKING, SMOKING, CHEWING OF TOBACCO PRODUCTS, OR CELL PHONE USE IN THE FLAG LINE!

At NO TIME are any riders authorized to block any intersection or otherwise block or impede traffic laws in any way. Only Law Enforcement officials are authorized to block and/or impeded the lawful flow of traffic.

If you choose to fly a Flag on your bike you are SOLELY RESPONSIBLE for ensuring it is secured and not a danger to any other rider or traffic.
