From Doug Nobles, State Captain, Louisiana PGR,

“I am helping a friend in San Antonio. She is requesting the Texas Patriot Guard (San Antonio Area) for a HOTH Mission. It is a bridge dedication in honor of her son Sgt. David James Todd, Jr. US Army. He was KIA n Bala Morghab, Afghanistan in 2008, when his Unit was attacked by enemy forces using small arms fire. The Louisiana Patriot Guard attended his services back in 2008 in Marrero, La. He was originally from San Antonio. I would very much appreciate you having someone contact Mary Todd, his mother.
