2016 Snowball Express / PGR Volunteer Registration
This year’s Snowball Express program runs from Sunday, December 11th and ends Thursday, December 15th.
Sunday, Monday and Tuesday require PGR Riders assisting local Police Departments with the motorcycle escorts.

Please follow the instructions below to register. After you have registered you will receive an email directly from the Snowball Express Volunteer Coordinator asking you to Confirm – or- Decline to pay for your Background Check . If you decline the background check, you can still ride in all of the processions, but you will NOT be allowed to enter any of the Venues where the children will be.

Once you are in your volunteer profile please register for this 2016 Event. You may make any changes to your profile at this time. Phone number, shirt size, etc.

REGARDLESS OF WHAT EVENT YOU PLAN TO BE A PART OF YOU MUST DO THE FOLLOWING
ALL PGR Riders must register for Friday morning, 9 December 2016. This is for badgering purposes only. You do not have to pick up your badge until the day you are actually riding for the event. You do not have to make a special trip to the hotel.
If you select any other day or time, you will be assigned Non-PGR duties and you will be expected to fulfill the assignment.
• If you intend to volunteer for other non-PGR duties, such as in the lounges, please indicate those times! We love having you work other assignments and you fill a vital role! If you are chosen to work non-PGR volunteer job, you will get a separate email about that job, please confirm or decline the job so the day / room captain knows if they must pick new volunteers to staff the position. But if you do accept the volunteer job for a Non-PGR activity YOU MUST be present during those times. The day / room captain is counting on you as much as the families.
• Indicate your t-shirt size and emergency contact, then hit Save.

The organizers of Snowball Express XI, 2016, in Dallas, Texas have requested the attendance and participation of the San Antonio Patriot Guard Riders in the"greeting and send off" of attending Gold Star Families departing the San Antonio International Airport.

***SAPGR MEMBERS THAT WISH TO PARTICIPATE MUST:***
1. Send your Name as it appears on your drivers license or other ID Card
your DL State and number, and your Date of Birth (DOB) to assigned RC
before 1700 on Saturday December 10, 2016, no exceptions!

SA PGR will present Children with 1 SA PGR Patch (will be sewn onto their vest in SBE sewing room in Dallas), and each Guardian 1 SA PGR Pin, additionally, present 1 SA PGR pin to each AA volunteer present.

RC/FC: Check with coordinator to insure enough food is available for guests and our crew, if not please obtain supplies to supplement the meal/snack, reimbursement will be provided.
