[2016] [SA PGR] San Antonio leadership changes

I would like to announce a few changes within the leadership of the SA region.

Jean Clark is assuming the position of DSC and Charles Rathgeber has assumed the position of ADSC, all other positions will remain the same.

This change in leadership roles is being done to help further grow the region and promote the patriot guard riders throughout the San Antonio area. We feel by making this change new ideas can be introduced and still maintaining the long term contacts that SA region has known for many years.
In addition a new San Antonio Patriot Guard web site has been kicked off and is now live, we would like for everyone to come visit the site. This was put together in record time by JD and Chris. My hats off to them for making this happen.

There is also a M&G on the 17th of this month we look forward to seeing everyone there.
