This is a 2 part mission, M & G and a Welcome Home from DC.

Part 1 MEET & GREET is confirmed, Stay Tuned for the Part 2 confirmation!

HONOR FLIGHT SAN ANTONIO #007

Honor Flight Network San Antonio (HFNSA) is a non-profit organization created solely to honor America’s Veterans for all their sacrifices. HFN transports our heroes to Washington, D.C. to visit and reflect at their memorials. Top priority is given to the senior veterans – World War II survivors, along with those other veterans who may be terminally ill. According to the Department of Veterans Affairs, an estimated 640 WWII veterans die each day. Our time to express our thanks to these brave men and women is running out.

Honor Flight #7 San Antonio, will host 40 Veterans,16 WWII, 23 Korean War veterans, and one Vietnam veteran traveling to Washington, DC.

As noted by Court B. Van Sickler, Chair: Due to the early nature of their departure on the 8th of September, it is not feasible to have a "Send Off" the morning of departure (0430 arrival to depart 0630).

Court additionally noted how much the WWII Veterans enjoyed meeting and visiting with the PGR members at the M&G for HF #5 and #6.
